What is the Case Western Reserve Pre-College Online Program?
The Case Western Reserve Pre-College Online Program gives high school students a chance to explore business and STEM before college. Students can apply to one of five courses, or apply to more than one if they want to explore multiple subjects.
Each course includes video lessons taught by Case Western Reserve University instructors, ongoing support from a mentor and a final project where students show what they've learned. Students who complete a course earn a Certificate of Completion from Case Western Reserve University.

How Does the Program Work?
Each course in the Case Western Reserve Pre-College Online Program is delivered through video lessons taught by Case Western Reserve University instructors. You can complete lessons and assignments on your own schedule, since there are no live sessions required. A mentor is available throughout the course to answer questions and offer feedback.
Every course wraps up with a final project, which you can complete using text, video, photography or a presentation. Finish the course and you'll earn a Certificate of Completion from Case Western Reserve University. Most courses take 20 to 30 hours of instruction and activities to complete.

Yes. There's no limit on how many courses you can take, and many students take more than one to explore several subjects. The self-paced, online format makes this manageable alongside school, extracurriculars and other commitments.
